What is Environmental Protection?
Environmental protection is the practice of preserving and conserving the natural environment, preventing environmental degradation, and promoting sustainability for the benefit of current and future generations. This involves a wide range of activities and measures designed to address issues such as air pollution, deforestation, habitat destruction, climate change and depletion of natural resources.

Overall, in this chapter we will strive to learn about the harmonious and sustainable relationship between humans and the natural world, recognizing the interconnectedness of ecosystems and the importance of preserving Earth’s fragile balance, starting from learning more about biodiversity.
