Eco-walks in Rotecastello, Municipality of San Venanzo (TR), Italy
On 2 June 2023 Travelogue APS created an eco-walk in Rotecastello, in the Municipality of San Venanzo, a circular route with departure and return from the village. The event was organized and carried out in collaboration with the La Cantinetta Eventi APS association and La Locanda del Borgo. The expert Emilio Cairoli guided the participants, providing information regarding the history of the ancient roads and the medieval statute of the town. The circular route, approximately 3 km long, revolves around the town, offering beautiful views of the Rocca of Rotecastello and a ford on the Faena torrent. At the end of the excursion we delivered project flyers and gadgets to the participants, inviting them to take part in future educational activities and future eco-walks of the project.
